Booking and paying through Floofy is required in our Terms of Service.
If we think you’ve arranged a booking on Floofy but paid outside the platform, we may deactivate your account for breaking these terms.
If you received an email saying your account was deactivated for violating our Terms of Service, you may be able to appeal and reactivate your account.
If you think your account was deactivated by mistake, reply to the email you received.
