How to View and Manage Requests on Your Floofy Account

You can keep track of all your conversations with carers in the Inbox section of your Floofy account.

The location of your messages depends on the status of the booking.

Messages are grouped into four categories:

Pending

Unbooked requests waiting for the carer to confirm.

Upcoming

Bookings that have been confirmed and paid for.

Past

A record of all your previous bookings with carers.

Archived

Bookings that you or the carer cancelled.

How to View Inbox Categories in the Mobile

  • Tap Inbox.
  • At the top, tap Pending or Upcoming to view your requests and upcoming bookings.
  • To see previous requests and bookings, tap the folder icon at the top of the app. You’ll find past bookings and cancelled requests under Past/Archived.

On the Floofy Website

  • Go to your Inbox.

More About Pending Requests

  • Pending requests are those that haven’t been confirmed by the carer yet.
  • You can cancel pending requests yourself free of charge if your plans change and the carer hasn’t confirmed the request. Please also leave them a message via Floofy Messages when cancelling the request.
  • Pending requests expire after 24 hours if not booked and will move to the Archived section.
