Where can I find a receipt for my booking?

You can find details about your bookings in two main places

Payment History

Your payment history shows details of all your bookings. Here’s how to find it:

  1. Go to your Dashboard by selecting your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click Dashboard.
  2. Under Floofy Balance, choose View Payments & Promo Codes.
  3. In Payment History, select the Payments tab to view your receipts.

Booking Confirmation Email

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details like the carer’s name, booking dates, and the total cost. If a promo code covers the full cost, your confirmation will show “€0.00.”
